There are six meetings on the cards on Thursday, with more action coming from both Galway and Goodwood festivals.

Thursday’s opening card comes from Nottingham, where the going is good (good to firm in places).

Punters can look forward to six races, with the final contest due to start at 15:50.

Stratford’s seven-race meeting soon follows, with Thursday’s card taking place between 13:25 and 16:55, where the going is good (good to firm in places).

Day three of the Goodwood Festival gets underway at 13:50, and officials have confirmed the going is good to firm (good in places). The Group 2 Richmond Stakes takes place at 14:25, while at 15:00, a field of 10 runners are set to compete in the John Pearce Racing Gordon Stakes.

Glorious Goodwood Betting Odds

The highlight of Thursday’s card is the Group 1 Qatar Nassau Stakes at 15:35, and John & Thady Gosden’s Nashwa (Evens) is the one to beat, with Lilac Road (11/2) and Dreamloper (6/1) coming next in the betting.

Galway’s eight-race card gets underway at 14:10, and the going at the Irish track is good on the National Hunt course, while on the flat, it is listed as good to yielding.

Betfred’s “Extra Place” promotion is available throughout the day, with races at 14:45, 15:20, 15:55, 17:05, 17:40 and the finale at 18:10 all covered.

Thursday’s evening racing comes from Epsom Downs and Salisbury, with the former starting at 17:55. The going is good to firm (good in places), and Betfred’s “Free Bet if 2nd” promotion is available in the final contest at 20:30.

Punters could receive a free bet of up to £10 if their selection comes second, and Smarden Flyer (15/2) may be able to land the spoils after some improved performances at Kempton and Lingfield recently.

The going for Salisbury’s card is good to firm (firm in places), and the six-race meeting should run between 18:15 and 20:45.
